Allston man charged with throwing hot coffee in dog's face[views:14204][posts:37]________________________________ [May 26,2009 1:10pm - zyklon ""] A 52-year-old shitbag will be arraigned this morning in Brighton District Court on a charge of cruelty to animals for throwing hot coffee in a dog's face Monday morning, police said. Police responded to a caller from Allston who said his neighbor threw hot coffee in his German shepherd's face just after 10 a.m. Upon arrival, the officers could smell the odor of coffee coming from the dog's fur, Boston Police said in a statement. Michael Pothier of Hooker Street told police he had an ongoing problem with the dog barking at him from behind the fence. Pothier admitted that he became frustrated with the dog and threw cold coffee in his face, according to the statement. The owner of the dog immediately took the animal to a veterinary clinic for examination. He should be punched in the face |
