Kind of like how people say since the second nightmare on elm street was meant to have a female star and the movie is a metaphor for the protagonist coming out of the closet. Any connections are just coincidental, it was just a movie about Freddy trying to get into the real world by possessing a guys body. Although to make that one even more strange, the actual actor in it was gay and had recently come out publically. |
