And she treated it like a baby (person) and the dog was not disciplined and now we can laugh at the stupid dead chick. Why does it seem like the people who own pitbulls are exactly the people who shouldn't own pitbulls.
I am heavy handed with my dogs when I have to be -- but guess what -- when I say "heel" they fucking "heel". Oh and they are hunting labs, not useless fucking pitbulls.

pitbulls are loyal dogs, im not saying that others arent, but pitbulls are treated wrong. i was bit in the face by one when i was 4, but i love them to death. but i do agree that dogs need to be disciplined as with most pets, but pitbulls you cant baby too much. you have to be stern with them. they always get a bad rep because some fucking idiot didnt know how to handle the dog or they abused it so it could fight.

My uncle owned two pitbulls and he was very stern with them at a young age. They were great dogs.. very loyal and whatnot.
My parent's have a Mastiff and it's a great dog, just the biggest pussy I've ever met in my life.

Agreed. Most breeds can be good pets, but you need to discipline them (especially with strong breeds) -- they will respect you more and respond to you better in the end. Dogs need a boss.
