NEWS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
UNEARTH Update from Trevor:
"We are finally almost done with the recording for the new album. We will be mixing with Adam real soon, and then mastering in early April. We can't wait to go out for the Headbanger's Ball tour. It's nice having time off to record and relax, but we really love touring. We did the previous Headbanger's Ball tour, but it seems like this one is going to be so much bigger. We've never done a tour of this size and this is actually the longest tour we've ever done. It will be great preparation for Ozzfest this summer. We recently finished up a video for "Black Hearts Now Reign" (new track off The Oncoming Storm). It's going to be some edited live footage. Hopefully, you will see it on Headbanger's Ball real soon. It would be totally great. I grew up watching Headbanger's Ball, so it would be a real honor."

New album title announced:
"The title of our new album will be The Oncoming Storm. The title represents the downward cycle of man and what we do to each other and this planet. The Oncoming Storm is the imminent consequence of our careless actions and natures natural destruction and recycling of life. i.e.- war, destruction of our planet, draining of our natural resources, outbreak of disease, natural disasters, etc...

Look for the release of The Oncoming Storm on June 29th through Metal Blade Records.

AS I LAY DYING Update from Tim:
"We can finally announce that we have been added as the opener to the Killswitch Engage/In Flames tour. These are two bands that we really look up to so we are honored to be touring with them. We will be adding "The Beginning" to the set list for this tour as well as a new song that I haven't really named yet. We also plan on rearranging our set list nightly or every other night so our fans will get something totally different from the last time they saw us. We got in a ton of new merchandise that we will be taking out on tour with us, so come and check it out. Don't forget we will be shooting footage for a new video on April 15 at Soma in San Diego, CA. Get your tickets now, and be part of our video."

CANNIBAL CORPSE enter German Charts with The Wretched Spawn:
The new Cannibal Corpse album The Wretched Spawn has entered the German Album Charts at position 74! Pretty good, especially considering the fact that loads of copies were imported to Germany from abroad due to the more brutal artwork of that version. Thumbs up for the Cannibals!

BEYOND THE EMBRACE Update from Oscar:
"Adam Gonsalves long time friend and bass player for Beyond the Embrace has decided to leave the band to pursue other interests. A new bass player has yet to be announced. We're still not sure whether or not Adam will be doing the upcoming tour in May. It all depends on how quickly we can audition and train a new bass player. If by late April we still don't have a bass player Adam said he would honor his commitment to the band and do the tour with us. We all wish Adam the best of luck in whatever he does, we will all continue to be very close friends."

THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER Update From Trevor:
"Last weekend we filmed our new video for "Funeral Thirst" that is going to completely blow "Contagion" out of the water. We went all out with this one. Think less cable access "my first metal video" and more disrespect for the dead. In a few hours here, I'll be on the road to the Minnesota Metal fest, which officially kicks off two and a half months of BDM touring. First we'll be out with label mates As I Lay Dying, metalcore superstars Every Time I Die, and Scarlet. We'll be playing second on this tour, so keep that in mind. Next we have a string of dates in the Midwest with Six Feet Under and The Red Chord that should be a riot to say the least. Finally we jump onto the Vital Remains tour in which we will play third, just before the unholy kings themselves. The tour ends in New Mexico, so we have booked some scattered dates on the way home, so check those out. We're going to need places to stay, so if you have room on your couch or floor, don't hesitate. We'll see you all soon."

VEHEMENCE Update from John:
"Well the time has come for the massive Vehemence update! Sorry for the site being down for so long, but we came across a renewal time and decided to hold off on revamping the site until a new site design was made for our new album. The album will be released on April 6, 2004! Below is how the album cover looks like, and Wes Benscoter did an incredible job on our artwork!! We think it is one of his best art pieces to date. Check out our merchandise page to see what is new, and to see what will be coming out shortly!

The confirmed track listing for Helping The World to See:
1. By Your Bedside
2. Kill For God
3. Trinity Broadcasting (Know Your Enemy)
4. To The Taste
5. You Don't Have To Be Afraid Anymore
6. Alone In Your Presence
7. Spirit of The Solider
8. Darkness Is Comfort
9. What Could Go Wrong?
10. We Are All Dying
*11. Her Beautiful Eyes

*(Bonus Track)

The CD includes BONUS multimedia materials "VEHEMENCE TIMELINE" a 57 minute Windows Media Video 9 file of live performances across the U.S.A. featuring new songs, band rehearsals, God Was Created studio footage, and other tomfoolery.

We recently bought http://www.vehemence.com and that should be running in a couple weeks. Our band link and emails containing forwards from the http://vehemence.brutaldeath.net will also work long with it so no need to change links if you don't want to. News went out that we used a session pianist for one of our songs on the new album, and we actually had Bjorn do the 20 second piano part. Also, news went out that we were on the Six Feet Under/The Red Chord Tour in April, and sorry to inform we are not, but we are working on touring to promote this album as soon as possible. Check out shows page too since we have a show March 20, 2004.

The music video for By Your Bedside is completed, thanks to the video team at Glasseye Inc here in Arizona. After witnessing the video myself I was amazed how much work was created within such a short time. We spent 11 hours of time getting the camera shots recorded, and the editing for it was well thought out by the video team. The song is basically about the process of dying. In this video, it involves a hospital, medical devices, hot nurses, our vocalist's portrayal from alive to dead, and some head-banging accompaniment by the rest of the band. Contains no nudity, sorry if you were expecting that, and will be aired on television some time in the upcoming months. It is definitely an eye teaser all the way through, we will keep you updated on its release."

To see photos from the video shoot go to Vehemence's website.

CALLENISH CIRCLE in writing mode for 5th album:
Dutch deadly Thrashers CALLENISH CIRCLE started writing material for their upcoming, yet untitled, 5th full-length album (third for Metal Blade Records).

According to the band's spokesman Pat, the new material will contain the usual Callenish Circle-ingredients but being a bit more groovy and besides enriched with wacky soundscapes, delivered by Gail of God-mastermind and soundwizard Gail Liebling. The band is planning to enter the studio early next year for a worldwide release on Metal Blade Records in spring 2005.

Furthermore Callenish Circle finally recruited a session drummer in the person of Stormrider-skinbasher Spike, also formerly active in Form and good old Speedica. He will be taking over Gav's duties for the rest of the year at the live front. First rehearsals with Spike are scheduled early April. Gav will be back in 2005 to rejoin the Callenish-forces!

Confirmed Callenish Circle tourdates:
6/12 Munster/Breitenfeld, Germany Moona Metal Fest
6/26 Trinec, Czech Republic Noc Plna Hvezd (Night Full Of Stars) Festival
