Ok here it is... Accubilliards in New Bedford has fired the Transit
Authority guy... So as the good friend of Bill and boyfriend to Nikki the
Bar tender on Fri. I am Booking Bands for a sick fucken show... There is
no charge to the bands (just show up) and you all keep the cover
charge.. Down side have to bring your ownz PA.. So If interested post
here. Ill be Messaging bands on Myspace as well. Im looking for the first
show to be a Grind/death/thrash show.. Yet im willing to compromise..
So it is what it is.. Let me know.. Ohh also looking for this show to be in
about a month and a half.

no TA didn't...at least not us, and we played like 4-5 of his shows
in fact, he's the only booker we've dealt with that has paid us every time

why did the TA guy get let go? As far as I know and remember, he worked his balls off to try to make the best of every show, even when no one was there.

Talked to Bill today about all this. I'll be doing some shows myself as well starting probably in August because I'm busy in July right now.
I'd have to run things a bit different, but hopefully the turnouts would be better. I'd also be apt to letting bands setup what they want in terms of a lineup as long as it draws okay. I might also personally upgrade the PA/lighting also in part why my shows I will be taking a cut of the income. As a 21 year old with a ton of college debt for me to step up and keep shows more on a regular basis with lineups people want to see this is something I have to do. I'm going to be fair to bands and you will make more money because the cover is direct income. I'm also loosely going to require bands are there the entire show. None of this playing and going stuff. Make a night of it and support everyone else who is doing that. Accu as the original post says depends on bar sales for their revenue on 21+. Just got word of this today though so not sure exactly yet what's going to happen. Hope to start working with some new bands though and have some better shows than what people might except on another 21+ date.
