F.I.D is Back on Track Again!
It has been a while and super quiet since we announced that the new guitarist joined F.I.D ... Finally, here updated is a pic of the new band members.
Maybe, most people get surprised to see the profile picture. Yes, there is a non-Japanese boy in the middle. He is the new guitarist, Ben from Albany, NY! He played in various bands and contributed lots of killer tunes. We are so happy to announce that we finally found a guitarist who is super talented and passionated to create new sounds. Some people would think F.I.D with a boy sucks and is not good anymore. If you think so, it means that you did not appriciate us as a band, that's about it. We choose to play with a motivated guy to create better music as F.I.D and we believe that it does not ruin our quality as a band, actually it makes even better.
The another reason why that we have been quiet is that Tomoko was in maternity leave.
She has an adorable baby girl now. Things have been settled down, so she is back to F.I.D and plays blastbeat
We are currently writing new materials and practing hard to make it sound tight. Hope the new material will be brought to you soon.

WTF thats Ben?! I remember you telling me about this but couldnt match the face to the name. Holy shit he was in like Save Yourself or some band at one point right? I cannot believe he is in FID now.

He was in Save Yourself, My Own Demons, Damnation Alley (who are playing this weekend, by the by) and probably a few others that I don't know off the top of my head, he also ran nyhardcorescene.com for like 3 years

hahaha amazing what one finds on google. Yep, I'm doin the band, we're writing new stuff now, playing shows in Tokyo this winter and with any luck breaking out of the country next year, with a new release.
