| ____________________________________ [Mar 26,2004 12:39pm - dreadkill ""] i was tempted to pick dave and marty, or chuck schuldiner all by himself, considering he only played with murphy on one album and never really had a steady tandem going. for people who know me, my obvious pick would be akerfeldt/lindgren. i know a lot of people are sick of hearing about opeth, but it's hard to deny the quality musicianship and chemistry between those two guys. since we're talking favorite guitar tandems here and not best ever, i want to say that lately one of my favorite tandems is the two guitarists in my band. those guys have been sounding really good in practice. ha, i write full novels for posts. |
