It's not as 'uncomfortable' or ominous as 'the second ring of power' but it's an excellent album in that it manages to create a completely different atmosphere from that of the first two albums without changing the formula of the band to the point where it no longer sounds like Unholy. |

Unholy were really onto something different, tweeking the sound with each album yet it was still Unholy, no question. I love the dememted female vocals on "Lady Babylon" from Second Ring. Such a killer band. |
