He's going to concentrate on his art and his boyfriends.
So who's going to fill in? Pest again?

I dont blame him. I recently have has a change of heart with Black Metal. I also would focus on more important things like life rather than lie to myself and play for fools in the audience.

Just like everything else, black metal is attached to certain emotions, issues and images which are extremely prevalent within the human psyche. I would never have a change of heart about it; I'd just accept it for what it is while accepting everything else in their respectful manner as well.

fuck yeah, i still like playing music but black metal is just to restrictive and

for the most part the attitude that goes with it reminds me of a bunch of

conservative republicans. I don't really like anything that is based on fear

and hate... don't get me wrong i love back metal i just dont love it ALL the

time.

It's restrictive if you let it be. Black Metal should be approached like meditation. Just do it for self expression and personal transcendance, rather than for commercial success and how tr00 you can be.

Black metal is on the opposite end of the spectrum for lots of other types of music. To me there is no need to "change your heart" about it; as I said above, it must be accepted. A ying to the yang, etc. A balance between the drastic attributes of love and hate - the acceptance of that which is always present within yourself.
There's no reason to dismiss something that is always there. But it's your choice to do what you want and listen to what you want.. obviously, I'm not listening to black metal all the time. There are things in life which black metal and its presence have no purpose to be around, and from an artistic point of view, its emotions don't represent everything.
Maybe i'm just doing crazy talk, but I would never dismiss something which encompasses the emotions of hate and fear. It's always going to be there.
As a wise man once said : 'If you only knew the power of the dark side'

dont know man. I have been listening to it for about 10 years now. I started with a little bit of it then went all out buying all the obscure stuff. Then I had too much to listen to and got overwhelmed. Then I saw that I was buying random albums because they had members of this and that. I made alot of 15 dollar mistakes. I sold most of it and only keep the really good stuff like root, mercyful fate, tormentor, etc...I am drifting and going beyond hatred.

It's ok to move past it in a musical sense but never dismiss it!

i'd never dismiss it...
