Al Ravage posts post-tour teaser.[views:19038][posts:1]______________________________________ [Oct 19,2009 8:52pm - the_reverend ""] BACK FROM TOURING - TOUR JOURNAL TO BE POSTED Thanks to everyone who attended the Iron and Steel Festival last night in New Jersey - it was cool to meet some new Jersey-area metalheads, some old friends and also to have the chance to share the stage with the one and only ROSS THE BOSS who played on many of the classic Manowar albums. The bulk of our US tour is finished and we only have a handful of shows left. Thanks to everyone who has come out to the shows and picked up a copy of the new Ravage CD - "The End Of Tomorrow" (released on Metal Blade Records in August). We appreciate the support and it was great to meet some new friends and fiends all over the USA (despite the numerous set-backs we ran into which made the bulk of the tour a very hellish ordeal). I'll be posting excerpts from my tour journal in the coming days, along with videos and photos so you can find out exactly what happened along the way during the past 3 months that we've been roaming the USA trying to dredge up some support for traditional metal. You'll find out some funny stuff that happened to us and hear about most of the awful stuff including what led us to have to miss many shows - the trials, tribulations, fun, stress and hilarity will all be described in detail soon, so stay tuned. - Al |
