Beat to fuck but it still mostly works (one of these days I'll solder the input right and reconnect the power input). I'll tell you what about that bass, though - it was a Korean P-bass copy (pre-Squire, here - I think it's a "Typhoon" or some shit), but a) it actually had a tone to it, and b) although I had the action set decently low once I learned how to do that, it had a huge fucking scale, and a wide-ass neck. Learning to play on that thing payed off huge once I got a real bass. |
