one of my fondest memories from when i was a kid is how my Grandfather would fart almost constantly, and act like nothing was happening. they were huge rippers too.

it's staggering how little fiber we get in our diets. one of the best tidbits of advice i ever learned was from Dick Halloran in The Shining.
