The sound was horrible, I could barely hear Korpiklaani's accordion or violin player, except for a few choice instances. Tyr was great, but the sound was off, and it sounded like there were all sorts of pinch harmonics where there definately shouldn't have been...I'd gladly see them or Swashbuckle again, but I'm really getting jaded by the whole "viking" metal bullshit. This fad needs to drop. Also...if anyone went to Vader/Augury/The Amenta...the sound for that show wasn't perfect, but I seem to recall that The Amenta's samples sounded pretty much fine even when their guitarist was playing... Maybe the night was just not a good night. I wish I saved my money for Arch Enemy/Arsis right now... |
