The first room we looked at was huge, though, and the second wasn't that much smaller. We could do either, the price difference wasn't that much more/less ($25 +/-) and I figure we could just divide up the difference anyway. It's a clean, tucked-away space. We need a room and anyone else that needs a room can trust we're responsible. We want a band in there that can work with us, we'll all respect each other's gear, lock the place when not in use, and pay rent on time.
