Ditto to Sharepod. Cool thing is, you install it on the iPod and run the executable from there, so you don't have to install anything on anybody's computer.

i use foobar2000 as my music program. thing is awesome and a half but it doesn't connect to ipods although i thought there was a plug-in for it. i guess i'll just warez the newest winamp, get my music onto my ipod then uninstall winamp.
