It's horrific really. A lot of the oil is already rancid by the time you get it and you're asking for eventual cancer. Nevermind that some of it is hydrogenated. That means trans fat. Whenever a label says trans fat free that means that it has under 0.5g of trans fat per serving which doesn't mean trans fat free at all considering the safe consumption is around 2g. Oh it's funny how the FDA works to support the grain subsidies in this country. |
