Granted, everyone should know that I'm a huge local show person. I love going to shows in basements and all, but when you get someone "bigger" to come to a show, it does something more. It does a service to the "smaller" bands that you have open up. There are many local bands that I think/thought that they should be more popular then they are. Bringing "bigger" bands helps bring out kids that otherwise would stay at home. maybe expose them to something they never knew they'd like... |
