It's a PENIS...I mean PRIUS.

Have Alex do it for you when he gets back from tour. He doesn't invent charges like some mechanics.

Fixing the front end and/or bearings sucks. It's pricey because of the labor involved

I already am having these done. I have a honda.
I'm going to ask alex if he could replace all my pads and rotors.

That seems an awful lot for relatively minor work.

Who needs to go to college and train to be a lawyer or a doctor - just be a mechanic and earn more than Bernie Madeof

Should NOT be that much for the bearings.

Right.

Bearings are all labor involved.

Sucks when you can't do that shit yourself.

You probably could have DIYed it with a repair manual and jack stands.

You'll only pay for parts but it will take at least 9000 hours longer than taking the car to a mechanic.

This is why only horses are real.
Less maintenance.

Ugh. I just spent 1400 to get my new car fixed up. At least I got it for cheap at auction.

Wheel bearings rarely go bad on a honda. Either you're getting fucked or you're just unlucky. Those bushings do always go bad though.

I have a really awesome neighbor who is a mechanic and does repairs like this on the side to earn extra money. He doesn't charge much and does quality work. He fixed the bearings on a friend of mine's car not too long ago, and I don't think he charged more than $100. If you want to go the cheap route, I can give you his number. He is in Worcester, but it may be worth it if you want to save money.
