We make our trek up the mountain and set up underneath a man made tarp structure with outlets powered by a generator far in the distance. The night started off with an 8 ft tall cardboard church being burned to the ground and continued with a huge bonfire and about 70 hippies roaming the grounds. It started to downpour about halfway through our set but the structure held up real well. As soon as we finished our set the generator went out and a couple guys pulled out a didgeridoo and tribal drum around the fire. Great crowd, the other bands were pretty good, very fitting for the event. All in all a very interestingly epic show. |

Even at a black metal show, you will still find hippies. LOL! If you ever want to get so ridiculously drunk that you forget your own name, definitely check out my hometown of Burlington. |
