It's obviously extremely well done, but there were only a few parts that made me think "holy shit!". Mostly, it sounded like a continuation of the direction they took with Xenosapian, which has it's moments. |

It's far from beating Conforming To Abnormality, Exploiting Dysfunction or Lucid Interval in my eyes though. |

It's not really that much like Xenosapien at all, it doesn't have half of the energy. Hopefully this is not the direction the band will continue in. On the whole it is cookie-cutter, bland, and not the Cephalic I know and love. Pardon me while I put on Conforming and reminisce on simpler times with more complex mind-blowingness. |
