If I didn't get to see them, at latest, 1997ish, then I'd rather just shrug and leave it. A coworker saw them at the Garden on the Death Magnetic tour and gave me a copy of the live recordings they do on the shows, and it was just plain bad. I sat through the recording twice and pitched it. Megadeth I've seen 3 times but only with the modern lineup, and the most recent time I just shrugged and left after three times. It was just checking a box at that point. |

They played a good amount of old songs, but the new ones killed it for me. Watching the crowd EXPLODE when they played Sad but True was bad, but watching the crowd look around puzzled when they played No Remorse was simply the icing on a mediocre cake. |
