Altaar combine elements of doom, drone, post-rock, and noise. Deathcrush aren't Mayhem-worship, but rather some hybrid of no-wave & noise-rock. Their femme-ness draws comparisons to melt banana, but there's much more going on here. RWR is a sorely unappreciated local band. Heavy as fuck with parts both really fast and really slow. Genre-defying? Ok sure. Just remember to stretch yr neck first. Comanche are a new local band w/ members of Now Denial, Old People, Reverend Grundar & the Unholy Trinity, My Life With Her Ghost, and Gozer. Trusted purveyors of heaviness. Humiliator was going to be a solo noise set from yours truly but is probably going to involve loud bass, mixer feedback, and Reid from Hero(n) abusing his drums.
