New tune from the upcoming album. Not sure if I like it, they've apparently continued on the path they started down with God's Equation - poppier songs with less prog elements. bennyhillifier guitars sound awesome. Nils K Rue needs to cut out that goddamn shrieky high note he loves so much. It's getting as old as the crappy megaphone/distorted vocals all over their earlier albums. Anyone that was at the show at the Middle East (wren) will likely never forget that god-awful screeeching. |

First three albums are great, God's Equation was good but different. I'm hoping this is the "hello spaceboy" of the album, and that the other tunes will be a little stronger. I doubt it though, just reading the comments on the new tune makes me think they're trying to please a different audience these days. |
