I wish I truly wanted to buy this amp, but, everyone I know (including myself) has had continual horrible experiences with Peavey. SS or Tube amps, doesnt matter. Seriously, Crate and Randall amps hold a higher standard of quality in my mind... even SS Marshall heads/combos... I guess I just wish Peavey currently made higher quality products for their price range. Oh well, you get what you pay for... The Peavey MOD pages do give some hope, tho... :-/ |

Considering the 6505 is pretty much the same amp as the 5150II, I would say the exact opposite of you duder. |
