Legally, it falls apart even on its own logic. The fact is that it's up to a balding man whether his head is shiny or has a rug, whether his dick is au natural or needs viagra, or whether his bowels are full of veggies or pork chops, and it's up to a woman whether she prefers womb or tomb at any given moment. We tend to suffer less as men the sooner we accept this basic fact, as it's better not to fill ourselves with false expectations of guaranteed consulting rights to allow additional unnecessary suffering for ourselves like this ridiculous assclown in South Carolina. When a pregnancy hits, as men we are at best are a trusted advisor to a person who will make their choice without anyone in a position to overrule their decision, and them's the breaks.
