More slam death metal.
Statements like this always makes me chortle. I can't name more than a handful of real slam bands in New England today. I feel like people who don't listen to brutal death metal are the ones that say this. Personally, I think New England doesn't need any more black metal. But then again, I barely listen to it. So if you don't listen to the stuff in the first place, then keep on not listening. Not hating, just stating.
agreed. to be honest this scene needs more death metal. i could probably count only about a dozen bands in New England that dont play some type of death metal cross over. when it comes to booking straight death metal shows i usually dont have a lot of bands to choose from in this area.
