The group play a primal and relentless form of black/thrash, where they successfully incorporate a strong level of melody without giving away any of the depravity the style demands. There are 6 strongs here, most of which hover around the 4/5 minute mark, meaning there's more than enough material here to keep you hooked for some time. That's the thing about this - it has the coldness of black metal, but the thrashiness of it all is extremely addictive. The production is quite clear but definitely not sterile. I personally love to hear it on tape as I think it would complement the band's sound very well.
