So there is zero to do this week, and I get rewarded with a nice quiet office while everyone mentally checks out. This one guy I work just cannot deal with peace and quiet. He's been trying to strike up conversations out of nowhere all day and no one has taken the bait. So he's resorted to sitting at his desk and making really loud commentative sounds over what he's reading on his computer. Every few minutes it's "Oh wow!" "Pffft... can you BELIEVE that?!" "You gotta be kiddin me!" "Oh man... this is gonna be sweet." "What?...I thought that... in RUSSIA?!...no way!" Leave it alone dude. I'm on RTTP. You couldn't even wrap your pedestrian brain around it. Please post similar pre-holiday work gripes. Unless you work in retail or grocery and your Christmas week is a nightmare in which case lol @ u. |
