World Demise is Obituary. yeah musically that album is incredible, but Legion's vocals are horrendous. thankfully they are mostly buried. i'm a huge fan of the Mortuus era Marduk, Plague Angel was a shaky start, but Rom 5:12 and Wormwood are awesome. Wormwood took some listens to fully appreciate, it's unique and not just a carbon-copy of Rom 5:12. live they were fantastic, Mortuus has one of the best voices in metal. as long as they continue the same formula of blasphemous sensory assault, i'm sure this will be killer. |
