We ban them and report their username, email and IP address along with any other details to a global anti-trolling network. This renders them unable to register using the same details on tens of thousands of websites worldwide. We now maybe get one troll ever month, compared to numerous ones each week, prior to signing up to the network. I even get abusive emails now, demanding I let them sign up to my site.
