Aerosmith playing free show in Allston Monday[views:5313][posts:17]__________________________________ [Nov 2,2012 10:42am - chrisREX ""] Coinciding with the release of their new album Music From Another Dimension! – and to provide Boston residents with a memorable Monday afternoon – Aerosmith has revealed plans to perform a surprise concert at an undisclosed location in the city. The guys will show up to the location sometime around noon and play right on the streets. So where is the surprise Aerosmith party happening? The band will perform in front of 1325 Commonwealth Ave., their old apartment! Besides the release of the new album, the band are also celebrating Election Day, which comes the day after. They are using the show as a platform to encourage people to get out and vote. “Anyone who votes is a Freedom Fighter,” says Joe Perry in a press release from the band. Yeah you may be annoyed by having played it so many times in your career, but think about how lucky you are if that's the kind of problem you have. I paid money to hear a good performance, not to see you make it clear what a drag it is to have a hit song. |
