Their colossal, forward-thinking PROSTHETIC debut is scheduled for release on March 19 in North America, March 18 in the UK and March 22 throughout Europe. NERO DI MARTE is the Italian name of a pigment, an iron oxide that produces a deep, dark, intense black that, when in contact with other colors, can permanently coat or noticeably transform them. The band, consisting of Sean Worrell (Guitars, Vocals), Francesco D'Adamo (Guitar), Andrea Burgio (Bass) and Marco Bolognini (Drums), was originally formed in Bologna, Italy in 2007 under the name Murder Therapy. Having performed throughout Italy and Europe with acts such as Cynic, Decapitated, Intronaut, The Ocean, Ulcerate, Svart Crown and Red Fang in addition to appearing at the acclaimed Neurotic Deathfest, the band recently entered Italy's Regrexion Studio with Michele Transforini to record their self-titled debut. It was then mixed and mastered at Studio73 with Riccardo "Paso" Pasini (Ephel Duath, The Secret, Extrema).
