You shouldn't have much of anything to worry about. Read the articles. It's more of an educational program for casual users. The best way around it is not downloading RIAA or MPAA files which most of us can live without. Netflix and Hulu accounts are pennies a month. Also it is largely targeted toward BitTorrent traffic. HTTP and FTP traffic (ie Mediafire) is so ubiquitous it's almost impossible to monitor for blacklisting. Only 5 ISPs have signed on and if you do recieve letters I urge people to change to another ISP, to show them it's bad business. Legal action is far off, and is a dangerous game for companies to get involved in if they continue to target casual customers. In the big picture, it's just another futile attempt to lower piracy rates that can't possibly work for them. There's also easy workarounds for people that insist on torrenting targeted files: http://torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-providers-really-take-anonymity-seriously-111007/
