| __________________________________ [May 20,2013 9:34am - ShadowSD ""] Yeah, me too, the rain fucked me on this also, I left the studio at 8:15 instead of 9 and I made it halfway up from CT to Worcester, but I had to turn around due to a shit windshield wiper that gave me zero visibility on the highway at night with the pouring rain. That plus a ton of unexpected traffic and cops all over the highway made me realize even if I made it there in one piece, I was in the best case scenario going to get there just as Scaphism was getting offstage. Fack. Hope this went well. |

Internal Bleeding's set list was a dream come true. It may not have been the most packed show but shit got violent and both the band and all who watched were clearly having a great fucking time. That's what makes a great show. |

IB aren't exactly spring chickens (for the most part) but they played just as effectively as they would have 20 years ago, and are still writing amazing death metal that trumps almost everything else in the more slam-oriented style. On top of being an amazing band, they're still as humble as ever and just wanted to hang out, have a good time, and even enjoy the local supporting bands. I'm surprised there weren't more people there, especially after hearing about "how excited" so many people were to go. Whatever, par for the course. I'm just glad that Internal Bleeding was given enough a response to make it worth their while. I still have a vicious bangover and still want to hear Driven To Conquer live. A million times. |
