A couple things: First: I know my initial post/rant didn't make this clear, but I have read the LOTR books twice before, once when I was 13 (right after seeing the first two movies for the first time) and once when I was 17. It's been 7 years since i've read the books last, so I had forgotten a lot of the book aside from the major plot points/differences. Just goes to show you that ranting never yields a positive outcome! I'm not a huge fan of the LOTR books, but I don't dislike them. Had I read them first, maybe i'd like them more, but the movies spoiled them for me somewhat. I love The Hobbit book though, much more than the movies. The LOTR movies were my biggest inspiration for starting ORCumentary, so you can do what you want with that. Second: If you're going to bash my music (and bash away, it's perfectly fine if you don't like it), at least bash my newer music. The hot topic vids are very old and from my demo days. I don't like or play those songs anymore. I'm not expecting to change your opinion of me or my music, just trying to get the story straight. So now we have Orc Adams for real, The real Orc Adams, and Orc Adams OFFICIAL. Which one is the real one?! |
