DOODIES. this game, has some of the most amazing visuals i have EVER seen. not only does this game take GT3 to the next level, it takes gaming to the next level. this game boasts over 500 different cars from 80 different manufacturers ranging from the beginning of cars (1886) to the present (2004). now besides to the meat and potatoes of Gran Turismo, Simulation Mode and the now even more in depth Replay Mode, comes an all new mode (this is right up your alley Rev): Photo Mode. you can take photos from your replays OR you can set up your own photoshoot. this can take place on one of the 50 (!!!) courses or one of the 16 locations that are specific to Photo Mode. you have amazing freedom with everything in Photo Mode such as car position, camera position, angle, light, lens, film type, filters, effects, time of day... its really fucking in depth. i cant fucking wait for this game. this game series is the reason i failed high school because it is THAT god damn good. i urge everyone to click on that link about and check out the pictures and the videos. so amazing. |

Ford owns like a 3rd of Mazda (last time i checked) in GT 2 and 3 there was a Ford dealer the Shelby Cobra is a Ford product Ford owns Aston Martin Ford owns Jaguar the Tickford Falcon Race car in GT3 is Ford Ford engines power Panoz vehicles the Shelby GT 350 and GT 500 are Mustangs in GT2 there were more than just the rally carS (focus and escort) in GT3 they had the Mustang Cobra R... such a cool car. see... there are more Ford products in Gran Turismo than you originally thought huh? ;) |

| __________________________________________ [Aug 4,2004 12:51am - TheGreatSpaldino ""] thats because they arent a driving simulator and are arcade-ish. this game is so realistic, that on the nurburgring track in the game, Nissan's top test driver, who is also a huge Gran Turismo fan, did some laps and compared them to his real life times (his R34 Nissan Skyline times in real life to his in game R34 Nissan Skyline times) and only had a difference of under 5 second between the two... thats a 1% margin of difference. now THAT'S fucking realism. |
