These are policies that I've placed on behalf of the slacking customer's who don't like to pay their annual premiums. These policies cost anywhere from 100% to 300% more than policies through regular agencies and it really pisses them off when I do this, but, these customer's fail to realize that when they close a commercial loan and they sign all those papers there's some real fine print that authorizes me to do this. Hahahaha, fun stuff. |
