| ___________________________________ [May 17,2020 9:04pm - susurrate ""] i was actually going to mention him due to his role in deep impact. true story- a friend of mine about 5 or 6 years ago was fishing at puffers pond in amherst. he texted me and said he was just throwing his line out and heard a voice from behind him ask about how the fishing was that morning- something along the lines of "how's the fishing? any bites?" i forget the exact quote. he said the instant he heard the voice, he thought of morgan freeman. he turned around and according to him, it was legitimately morgan freeman. i guess he was in the area for a speech or something and had been out for an early morning walk around the pond area as it's sparsely if not altogether emptily populated during the sunrise hours. he had actually asked me if i wanted to go fishing the night prior, but i declined because i was tired and was drinking. never know who you'll run into. |
