It seems that sometime before 3am, my water heater burst. It flooded the unit below my unit... and then flooded the unit below that. The girlfriend of the owner of the bottom unit noticed at 3am and was trying to save things. She didn't get in touch with the owner until after 6am. So it was flooding for 3hrs. I feel terrible. I wish she's run around at 3am banging on all th doors. |
