Sprinkle tips with Old Bay seafood seasoning (to taste) a touch of Rosemary Italian Sundried Tomato Polenta: Coat pan with medium amount of Berio Olive oil Fry Polenta until golden brown on both sides Mixed Vegetables: 2 tablespoons of butter 2 cups of mixed Market Basket brand mixed vegetables Microwave butter and vegetable mixture on HIGH until heated appropriately.
