That would not be racist or even sexist. If I refused to hire you because you are a woman then that would make me sexist. If I were to beat you that would make me a coward. If I were to beat you because you are a woman then I would be a sexist and a coward. Even if I were a member of the Aryan Nation and I got into an argument over a parking space and beat up a Black man that would not be a hate crime. However, if I beat up a Black man because he is Black then that would be a hate crime. You really need to open up a few books and do a little research on the subject before you post.
