No. until the mid 90's (the steroid era) baseball players were mostly scrawny fucks who didnt lift that often. steroids are what help you get through "HOURS of weight training almost every day." and i do agree with you though that steroids aren't gonna make a bad baseball player good, but it definitely helps with power and stamina. the more names that keep coming out the more i think that every power hitter, to me, is guilty until proven innocent. steroids are a regular part of the game at this point |
