He's just deceptive about it because he can be one trick pony over 20 different drums and 30 different cymbals. test for echo is fantastic. vapor trails would be much better if geddy seriously toned down his vocals. why they choose to layer his vocals so much is beyond me. what a bland boring record. counterparts had a couple amazing songs mixed with total shit.

If I had to pick the ten all time best drummers, my list would include (in no particular order) Gene Hoglan, John Bonham, Neil Peart, the Morbid Angel drummer, Dave Lombardo, Johnny Kelly, the bald guy who was in Dimmu, Terry Bozzio, Mike Portnoy, and earlier but NOT later Ulrich (he SUCKS now, as previously stated - but I can't forget songs like Damage Inc/Dyers Eve/Disposable Heroes/etc.)
All for different reasons, but they each contributed something original and notable as a drummer that made their band's songs special, and added to the substance of what drumming was for future bands.
