Have you considered switched from the flaxseed oil to a fish oil?

I can't remember if you're a vegetarian or not.

I was taking flax/linseed oil for a while, but I read something from david barr on fish oil and I changed it up.

Some people refuse to take (fish oil) because they can't stand the taste or they are vegans and refuse to eat food of animal origin. For these folks, flax seed oil is great. It gives them a great source of omega-3 fats that they otherwise wouldn't get. But taking flax seed oil is like buying crude oil and running it through your home distillery to make gasoline for your car. If that's the only way you can get gasoline, then that's what you have to do. if you can buy the gasoline already distilled, though, it's much more efficient to do that.

I'm veggie, and I'd prefer women to want to come close enough to me and not smell fish.

Multivitamins are a joke, unless derived from wholefood. Its still a pressed pill too. Way harder to break down and assimilate than a cap or liquid. I take quercitin for allergies. Jarrow co q 10 in the ubiquinol form (better bioavailability) for energy and cholest reduct. Always have ecological formulas monolaurin on hand for any viruses. Magnesium optimizer for adrenal health. Serrapeptase is money for workouts and recovery as well as cardiovascular cleansing. I also use colloidal gold and couple that with mono laurin. And def curcumin aka turmeric. I never do flax because excess of omega 6 converts to prostaglandin / arachadonic acid, which is pro inflammatory. My girls and my vitamin cabinet is killer but we don't take everything all the time. Shit should be taken according to the season and the physiological condition. About the only shit I take everyday are the magnesium, curcumin and co-q. Biotics research makes a great powdered protein called ultra clear. Excellent brown rice source.

I do sometimes, a multi and Iron. but i noticed when I do my piss is bright yellow, almost green...which means it's either flushing out toxins or it slightly toxic

I've always looked at a multi vitamine as an insurence policy incase you're not getting something. It's not a substitute for eating right obv.

in season, I take GNC Ultra Mega greens vitapak sups.

Neon yellow-orange urine is usually related to water-soluble B2 vitamin Riboflavin in your multi; the max you can absorb at one time is 27mg, and the rest you excrete harmlessly.

You take an Iron sup? Are you annemic? Otherwise I wouldn't take it.

Your body has a hard time getting rid of excess iron and recent studies have shown this to cause health problems. I'd ditch the iron sup.

In fact, even in a multi vit, you want one that said does not contain iron right on it.

most people (especially women) are anemic. plus its pretty hard to fund an iron supplement with anything more than 24mgs which is something like 18% of your DV. Also most iron that you get is ferrous sulfate which is a super shitty form usually causes constipation and causes high oxidation in a blood stream. If you find a cheleated, bicarbonate or an elemental from you'll probably be alright with the iron. BTW never take centrum anything

Aside from protein I get my vitamins (as Nick said) from whole foods. Eat your fruits, eat your veggies and don't try to make up for it by popping a one-a-day once a week.

I started taking a vitamin d supplement over the winter in the hopes that it would help my shin bones calcify faster for muay thai conditioning. On top of that, almost everyone is technically vitamin D deficient, and studies have shown that the amount of sunlight in a New England winter is insufficient for generating vitamin d in people.
