Aloo paratha is a flat bread stuffed with a thin layer of spiced mashed potato and a vegetable samosa is a fried or baked turnover type thing stuffed with spiced poatato and usually peas. You can find both at any indian place. If I ever get a tattoo of different wonderful food items, I plan on including vegetable pakoras. They are the perfect fried food. |

I was a pretty adventurous eater before going vegan but I know a lot of people that have a much more varied diet now that they have gone vegan or vegetarian. Lots of people just eat burgers, pasta, fries, and bagels, decide to go vegan, and learn through a little research or from others about all kinds of vegan friendly ethnic foods and end up having a way more well rounded diet. |
