Started Insanity again while stuck at home.

Started insanity. Last time I did I was before I put on 40-50lbs weight lifting. I haven't done any cardio since Oct 2017.
Day One: Fit Test
Switch Kicks= sucked
Power Jack= 42
Knees=70
Jumps=30
Pound? Round? idk what I wrote:8
Suicide=11
Pushup jacks=17
Obliques=18 (or 36 if both side counts)

then I did 3x8 135lb deadlifts

day 2: plyometric cuircut and I died. Then I did 3x8 135lbs deadlifts, hip thrusts, floor bench, and pendlay row.

Did day 6 yesterday. By the end of it, I was starting tk get into a groove. Exhausted though.

Week 2, day 1: cardio P&R. I almost made it through 2 of the warm up rounds without stopping. Closes I've been to puking. My right knee also hurt. Doing this in my mid 40's is much harder than when I didn't it in my mid-30's.

Yes! Week 3, Day 4 and I got through the entire warm up and first 3-set of intervals with out stopping! Bad news, my jiggly boobs are feeling weird. Like internal chaffing from too much jostling. I need to keep them flexed the whole time.

Week 4, day 1 and it was hands down my BEST DAY YET! Pure Cardio. I killed the warmup, crap talking back to shauna T, killed the stretch. Then did fairly awesome at the work out. Finally, nail the coffin lid shut with the cool-down.
Then I decided to put in P90x- Ab Ripper X and got my abs handed to me. Unholy heck did I do badly at it.

Week 4 Day 3 and I KILLED IT! loving this except for the fact that my left tittie hurts inside. I think it's from the heismans. I need to keep these titties tight. Now sure what I'm going to do for the recorvery week next week. I hate that one.

Max Interval Plyo is the hardest workout I've ever done. Even at my fittest, I could get through it all. Kicked my ass hard. Pumped to try it all over again.

Max interval circuit is looooooong. Not as hard as max interval plyo, but still.
