I killed the warmup, crap talking back to shauna T, killed the stretch. Then did fairly awesome at the work out. Finally, nail the coffin lid shut with the cool-down. Then I decided to put in P90x- Ab Ripper X and got my abs handed to me. Unholy heck did I do badly at it. |
