Oh you guys, my maces are in the 80s each. I'm also level like 80-something with one handedz. My Mace of Molag Bal also fills soul gems if I kill the enemy in under 3 seconds... which is pretty much everyone. It was an awesome mission to get that mace too.

Smithing is easy to level.

Every day, the chick and guy blacksmith couple at whiterun have fresh ingots and
leather in their inventories. Every time I finish a quest, I sell all my loot and then
buy out every scrap they both have. Go forge iron daggers (1 ingot, 1 leather).
Then ENCHANT THE DAGGERS!!!! You'll level your smithing in no time, and your
enchanting will increase right along with it. Bonus? Each dagger with enchants
will sell for something like 600G.

It shouldn't be expensive. You should be profiting like a motherfucker off smithing.
The trick is the enchants. It raises the price from 10G to 600G.

[Nov 21,2011 9:40pm - Large Negro Kitty  ""]
Should mention - fire enchant on the daggers is what gets me 600G. Any size gem
will give you the same enchant strength/value. Unlike armor enchants, which get
stronger with stronger gems. So you can do this with a bunch of shitty petty gems.

Mining or looting will take forever. Just buy them. Only craft shitty iron daggers to start.
They require the least materials, so you can level your skills FAST. Then, you can
pretty much level the shit out of any weapon or armor you want.

i havnt even come across a single enchantment yet. how are you people leveling so damn fast? christ ive logged like 27 hours and apparently im not even a lvl 2 nerd

[Nov 21,2011 11:55pm - Large Negro Kitty  ""]
You learn enchantments by disenchanting enchanted stuff. All the shitty low level daggers, maces, etc... with enchantments can be disenchanted, and then you know how to do that enchantment to stuff. So the first time I find an item with a new enchantment, I don't use it, I just disenchant it.

If you've logged 27 hours and you're level 2, you likely have a shit-ton of level ups. Have you gone into your skills menu and leveled? I've got like 40 hours or something and just hit level 29.

When you can level up, you actually have to go in and level up.

I accidently joined the imperial legion last night and part of the quest is wearing their armor. F THAT. My thieves guild armor is the bomb digs.

the legion guards keep being like "now you can change out of those rags" when I walk by. FUCK YOUR ARMOR.

Also, I had an EPIC "FINISH HIM" style kill on a dragon last night where I was like riding its head and jammed my sword through its skull from the top.

yeah fuck off imperials... only storm cloaks are real.

Whatever. I'll do the imperial quests then kill their Jarls and move on to storm cloaks.

I hope all the storm cloak kingdoms dont immediately attack me now that I'm a sworn imperial. I dont have the armor on so maybe they wont know.

Dark Brotherhood - is this the quest if I bring the "unusual gem" to get appraised?
 ____________________________________
[Nov 22,2011 9:37am - arilliusbm ""]
There are over 20 unusual gems littered across Skyrim, Alx. They all make a crown. Kind of like collecting the Secret Seashells in Zelda: Link's Awakening.

That's thieves guild. At least the person who told me what the unusual gem was was in the thieves guild. I don't know if anyone else would have appraised it.

Just found my first Dwarven ruin. I was so worried when people said the guardian guys were tough. HA! One shotting everything in sight. And the loot is great in the dwarven ruins - sucky part is I didn't realize the chests were chests until about halfway through the dungeon. They look like decorations, not chests.

So, apparently I missed Clavicus Vile's mask because I assumed the Rueful Axe was the Daedric artifact in "A Daedra's Best Friend" quest. I already saved over that particular save so there is no going back. My question is, is it possible to still get the achievement? I've read somewhere that it might be possible to miss one and still get the achievement but I can't find a solid, confirmed answer on this. The one thing I have going for me is that I have both the Ring of Hircine and the Saviour's Hide from the "Ill Met by Moonlight" quest. i whisted for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and had dice in the irror
if anything i could say that this cab was rare but i thought nah, forget it yo home to bel-air! i-pulled- up tp a house about seven or eight i yelled to the cabbie yo home, smell you later looked at my kingdom i was finally there to sit on my throne as the prince of bel-air
